Founder Daniel CHANG has 30 years of international finance experience, having served in the three major Asian financial centers of Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He has worked at four international financial institutions: Nomura Securities of Japan, Lombard Odier Bank of Switzerland, Barclays Bank of the United Kingdom, and BNP Paribas of France, engaging in investment banking, corporate finance, and wealth management. Co-founder Miyuki TSUGE has successful entrepreneurial experience in both Taiwan and Japan, possesses an extensive network in the financial and business circles of both countries, and can effectively integrate Taiwan-Japan resources to promote cross-border cooperation and friendly exchanges. Director Ching-Tsun LIU has extensive experience in financial supervision, having held key positions at major securities firms, the SEC of the Ministry of Finance, etc., and serves as a director for multiple listed companies. With their profound expertise, the management team can provide professional support to investors and assist companies in realizing their corporate visions through mergers and acquisitions.
